Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Rustic Knott is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier or incorrect address entered at checkout. Please double check your shipping information before placing your order.

If you need a item by a specific date, please contact me prior to ordering to confirm availability.

Because most items are custom made or personalized, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items.

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on my end (incorrect item or defect), please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can make it right.
